Thanks Erika and Biki!

I did clean out my closet yesterday and it was so much fun! I'm comfortably wearing 16's now.

Under 200 is great. Congratulations!!! Great job on the exercise, too. But yeah, don't push yourself so hard that you end up injured.

Thanks Robin. I'm not pushing very hard at all right now. I have such a hard time doing any exercise by myself (lack of discipline) and my exercise partners have not been very dependable this week. I have gone to the track three different times this week by myself so I'm not a total lost cause. Anyway, no chance of injury here

Thanks T!

I hope I'm still in onederland after my Saturday. Went to my daughter's college sorority meet for parents and had a few "off program" things to eat. So......to keep myself from getting depressed I'm going to weigh on Friday this week. I should have a good week of eating on program and exercising.

I wish I would not have ordered those darn medifast bars. I love them and sometimes end up having two of them some days. When I first began medifast I only ate one a week and now everytime I want chocolate I eat one.

Hope everyone has a good week!

You are doing so well Donna. Congrats on such a huge mile stone! I know what you mean about those bars. Most days I am able to get through, but sometimes they just call my name so loud! Sometimes, I am able to get through by having a half of a bar and a half of a shake or pudding for one meal, then the same thing later on in the day. That way, I get my "fix" twice while remaining compliant.

Very early on I realized I could not control myself with the bars. Rather than keep up the good fight I just told myself NO and stopped ordering them. I wanted to be like Joleen and have a bar everyday and stay compliant. I just had to accept that for whatever reason it was too hard. This is after having my husband lock them up for me and trying all sorts of plans and designs. There is no shame is just saying for now they just aren't for you.

I had my friend (the one I exercise with) take them to her house. So now if I want one I told myself that I have to walk down to her house to get it (2 miles, to-and-from) or I can only have one on the days she comes over to exercise.

I weighed this morning and am down another two pounds so something is going right!

Have a great day!

Donna, good for you on finding a workable solution to the bars. I only have some of the chocolate diabetic bars here and they make my stomach grumble (guess it is gas grumblings) so I'm very careful about NOT having more than one and I usually skip a few days in between having a bar. I loved many of the varieties of the bars so I did have problems with over indulging in them at times a few months ago. My body's reaction to these diabetic bars has kept me on the straight and narrow with them, LOL.
