Since you're already used to walking 2 miles, maybe you can just try to get those 2 miles done in the 30 minutes you have to do the C25k workout. Also, when I started it, I did C25k 3 days a week and went to Curves 3 days a week so maybe you could do your tape 3 days a week and do C25k the other 3 days. Just a suggestion!
