Hi Donna,

How wonderful that your family is so supportive. My husband and my Mom are very supportive too. Doesn't it just make a world of difference!

Good for you staying strong on vacation! I know it wasn't easy but you sure have a terrific attitude! Give yourself a big pat on the back!

Hey Donna, welcome back.
So glad to hear that the weather was good and you had a good time!

Do you have to cook for this reunion? Hope not.

Maybe when you weigh tomorrow you will be in a new club?

20 lb. club please!

4.5 lbs down, yippee! I think I need to go on vacation more often. That weigh-in surprised me.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome back. I really appreciate all your support throughout this journey.

Mickeyz, We are very lucky that both our families are so supportive of us because it does make a world of difference. I don't know if I would have done as well without the support of my family and everyone on this board.

Hols, Yes I do have to cook some but will have help with the sister-in-law so it will not be too bad. It's actually my husband's and his brother's family and there will be only 14 of us (two of them are babies). My SIL and I decided to do this because our kids are grown up now and going their separate ways and this is the only way to get them all together at once for a full weekend.

Mary, I love the Welcome Back sign. We were able to cut some grass yesterday. Hopefully we will not have as much rain this week as we have had in the past few. I would like to be able to be outside in my yard this weekend.

I hope you can get out in your yard this weekend--the forecast is not so favorable. But who knows? It was overcast this morning and then it rained and now the sun is shining!! But isn't the 80-degree tempurature great for Dallas in July?? :D

Awesome Job keep up the good work. Isn't it a great feeling when you go away, and still lose weight.

Thanks everyone for the congrats and, yes, it is amazing to go on vacation and lose weight. I have been thinking about how I could have lost more on vacation than I have the two weeks before. I did eat more protein and salad than I normally would; I'm sure I didn't get all my shakes in (hard to keep track with everything going on). The protein I ate was sirloin and grilled fish. I had oatmeal for breakfast, and soup for lunch and probably a couple of shakes a day. I did eat a couple of bars, which I usually don't eat too much of. My activity level wasn't any more than normal. I really need to up my activity level but can't seem to get going. Does cleaning house count? I just think I need to go on more vacations!
