One week down and hopefully many more to come! I am feeling so good this morning. I'm down 6.6# and very happy with that.

I'm only .5# from reaching my first mini-goal of getting back in to onderland.

I've been talking with one of my co-workers this week about being accountability partners. She has been losing weight all school year and is looking fabulous. She is not doing MF, but what she is doing is working for her. So, we decided to help one another stay accountable at school. It seems like every week there is something special going on..........Baby showers, wedding showers, someone's b-day, or just some other special occassion to eat. I swear every teacher in my building should be overweight with as much as we eat. It feels good to have someone to look to in times of temptation.

Hubby and I leave tomorrow morning for a few days away. I'm going to pack my medi-grub today. I want to be prepared. I probably won't be back until Friday or Saturday. I'll check in then.

Hey girl,

What a great week you had. I am so glad you are back with us. I am so happy that you have such a wonderful husband that is supporting you. Also that you have a friend that is going to help you. I have a friend that is doing Medifast also and it really helps me be accountable.

Hope you have a great trip

Well, my trip was postponed due to all the flooding here in Missouri. I am so sick of rain. The sump-pump in my basement has been running non-stop, but I'm glad because it keeps all water out of the basement.

DH and I are going to leave in the morning for our little getaway. We are both so frustrated with all of the rain and flooding. We were so anxious to get away for a couple of days, just the two of us.

My weight has been fluctuating the past few days. I went back up a pound on Tuesday and then today I am back down .5#. So now I'm .8# from onderland.

Sojo~ I am so happy you are back. You always make me smile. This place most definitely is not the same without you.

Hopefully, you guys really won't hear from me again until Sunday!!!!!

Hey guys, thanks for stopping in. My trip with hubby was wonderful. We have not gone anywhere together just the 2 of us for almost 3 years. We had a fantastic time. It was so nice to just spend time with him without the worries of anything else.

I mostly stayed on plan but gained 3# while away. (Too much smirnoff I think.) Anyway...I am back down 2 of the 3 gained, so I am one pound over ticker.

Things are still very busy at school. We are getting ready to do our state assessment testing. My building basically turns it into a big celebration to try and get the kids motivated to do their best. I love they way we do it, because the kids really seem to get into it, but it does take a great deal of effort to pull everything off.

I am really determined to totally stay on plan throughout the remainder of the school year. That is my short term goal. When I reach that goal I will set another one. I think for me I just really need to break things up into smaller more obtainable goals.

We are still getting too much rain here. I am so sick of the rain. I just want to sunshine!!!!!!! It's depressing.

Anyway, my boys are both passing their college algebra class so far....so I'm really happy about that. Only 4 more weeks to go. YIPEE!!!

Chat later....
