Glad you are doing well, Dona! When you spoke about your son's perseverance I couldn't help but think of the wonderful example he must be to you. After all, you are facing weight-loss challenges and I think, with your attitude, you will also persevere!
I too have made choices to go off-plan. Of course I'm not on a time-table for reaching goal (although I do have a cruise scheduled for October

). I know that my weight issues will be with me the rest of my life and it will involve making choices. The way I see it--may as well start now! However, I am also aware of what self-sabotage is and how it can be a slippery slope. One must know the difference. Sounds like you do.
