Thank you ladies for you well wishes on the scale moving. Unfortunately it still didn't move. 10 days same weight. Tawanda, it looks like you are going to have to get stuck again. ;) I'm a little upset it still didn't move, but what can I do????

I came home sick today from work. I am very nauseated and am finding it hard to even drink water. I just feel like YUCK!!!!!

Donica, sorry to read that you are feeling yuck--perhaps your body was fighting the yuck bug, before you actually felt yucky and was retaining water during the battle?

Nope, not hoping to get stuck longer than you ;) so I bow before the new queen of stuck (I know there has probably already been someone else who is the queen of stuck......but I don't know about them).

As for your post on my journal......I get the feeling that you are a very caring individual and your opinion is valued (by me). I may not agree with your opinion, but I do admit that you could be correct and I could be incorrect. Either way.....it hit me wrong and I'm okay with the decision I've made about it.

Take care of you!

Like I told Merry Mary - I think we are being fooled around with by the scale gremlins  I have only lost .5 pounds so far this week and that's all I lost last week. I hope things turnaround for you...and me too by they way... :D

I am feeling much better today, thank you. I guess it was just the 24 hour flu bug or something.

The scale did move for me, but I'm not putting too much stock in it considering I only had about 500 calories yesterday. If it stays down tomorrow, then I will be happy. :D

Oh and SuzyQ, I forgot to tell you that my doctor was absolutely joking. He knows I am doing MF and has actually used MF himself in the past. He is very supportive.

I also had a nice NSV on Tuesday. I went to get my hair cut and my beautician, whom I haven't seen since January, almost fell out her chair when I came in. She was astounded at my loss and said very nice things. It made me feel great.

Tomorrow will be a difficult day as it is "Goodie Day" at school and I have to bring in a couple of dishes. There is always tons of food and everyone pigs out. I managed to survive the last "Goodie Day" back in February so I'm hoping my will-power holds up. Actually I'm not really concerned about it. I know I can stay compliant. ;) (Gotta think positive)

Even though the loss has been a little slow lately, I have so been enjoying my journey. I feel so much better than I did when I began, both physically and mentally. I am starting to actually believe in myself and believe that I can do this. I'm finding my self-doubts beginning to lessen in frequency. I still have them at times, but I can see my attitude changing and I like it.

That is one of the things I like best about this program. When we feel good about ourselves we are likely to avoid self-sabotage and our self-worth will carry through to maintenance (and the rest of our lives)! 8)

Donica, you are more than half-way toward your goal--this is an exciting time for you! Stay as positive as you are and you will accomplish what you desire! :D

I'm so glad you are feeling better too!

Congratulations on the NSV's and for being over half way to goal.
Whoohoo for you!

I won't be able to log on today, but I wanted to quickly come on and tell you that the scale was the same as yesterday, so I am HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY! Yesterday it showed 3# down and today it was the same. :woohoo:

I won't be able to come back on until much later today.

Have a wonderful day!!!!!!!!!!
