I just wanted to make a quick post to all of the new comers to the MF program and TSFL. It will be difficult during the first few days, but you will see marked progress after the first seven days and each subsequent week. The key is to follow the 5 & 1 plan to a T and if you are uncertain about something, check with your Health Advisor. Regardless of how tough it is, you can do anything for a week, right? This forum and the various conference calls throughout the week are sources of encouragement as well.
