haha ... Robin, always planning ! That is one of the most impressive parts to me about what you are doing, and I am sure it is one of the key elements to your success ! There was a time, back when I was working out (A LOT !), that I was really good about planning my meals and figuring it all out, and I would keep track of my intake on fitday and wore my heart-rate monitor and such ... I am not sure what happened to those days ! Well, I know, acually
. But, I would like to have some form of them back again, I think.
Anyway, you can TOTALLY reach 120, I bet ! I understand how that might feel kind of out of reach or a ways off or so, but I think as you keep on with what you are doing, it will start to feel a lot more realistic than it might seem at the time to you. You've just been hovering for a while around your initial goal weight, and building some ideas (sometimes b/c of what others have told you, I think), that it just may not be possible for you to get lower ... but, I bet you can
. You just want to be in even better shape, and you deserve it ! And, being even lighter will make running and exercising a different experience, too !
Anyway, have a great day
.
