Thanks, Nickie. The thing is, I DID declare it "good enough" when I was on Medifast. This time I want to see it all the way through, if I can.
The good news is I was back to 126.6 today, so just a pound over my low a month ago; it looks like this may work, after all. I'm crossing my fingers and holding my breath.
Workouts have involved a lot more walking than running lately. I had a teeny bit of chest pain again yesterday, which concerned me a little bit. I don't know if now I'm just more alert to it and noticing every little ache or what. Anyway, new plan is to do an hour on the day AFTER my high-calorie day (walking with hills) and just half an hour on the day after my low-cal days (but with some running, since it's such a short workout).
And I already hate the low-cal days. Sigh. Right now I'm alternating between about 1,100 and 1,400 or 1,450. Oddly enough, my weight's been lower on the days after my HIGH-calorie days. So I'll keep going a little longer and see if the pattern continues, then talk to the dietitian again.
Oh, and HAPPY HANUKKAH to anyone still left on here who celebrates it (besides me).
