The last half was slow, slow, slow, at least for me. I'm blaming the unbearable humidity today. Even though I was inside, I could still feel it. Blech.
Anyway ... I don't know that I have much advice beyond the norm, to be honest. Stick to the plan. Drink your water. Be patient. Don't weigh yourself every day if it drives you crazy; do weigh every day if the normal fluctuations don't affect you. Weigh your proteins; measure your veggies but don't freak out over a little extra green beans or broccoli. Use the sugar-free syrups and whatever tips you find over in the Lean Cuisine section to change/improve the taste of the Medifoods. Visit the forum as much as needed, and if you need support or have a question, ASK. It's slow here lately, but if you post, someone will answer. (If no one does, PM me or Mike or Diana or someone who posts regularly. I don't always check in throughout the day anymore, but I'll get an e-mail if I get a PM.) If you slip, try to learn from your mistake and don't beat yourself up about it. And one of my biggest tips: Try to get rid of the "all or nothing" attitude that just about all of us seem to have. You don't have to be perfect. If you mess up, you don't have to GIVE up.
I considered it a HUGE step forward last weekend when I decided to start my new plan even though I already had dinner plans and knew that dinner wouldn't be exactly right. The old me would have waited so I could have a perfect first day - and would have seen that dinner out as a chance for a "last hurrah." The new (and hopefully improved) me knows that I'm better off starting right away, spending most of the day on plan and then just making good choices at dinner, even on my first day.
[stepping off soapbox] I hope that helped! And if I didn't say it before, welcome back!!
