Ditto, Robin. I feel the same way about exercising. I like the way I feel afterward, but I do hate the process of getting it done. With that said, it's a necessary evil so I try to make the best of it!

I love tzatziki!

Exactly. I know they say to find an activity you enjoy, but in my whole life, I haven't found one. But hey, everything in life doesn't have to be fun. I don't like laundry, either, but I do THAT, too.

Did my PUSH workout last night, weighed the same today as yesterday, got in a good run/walk, and THEN the floodgates opened. So the good news is my "issues" are all resolved now. We're supposed to go out after work tonight, but I'm just going to get a salad or something so that I have a chance of seeing the scale finally drop again.

I am glad you're feeling better! :D Salad is typically a safe bet...especially after your issues this week. It's kind of an odd thing for me lately - I find myself craving the crunch of fresh veggies. On the evenings I cook veggies I find myself wishing I'd had salad.

I go through phases like that, just like with everything else. I'll want salad every day for a while, then all of a sudden I'll want anything BUT salad.

Me too! I do it with MF foods too...for weeks I can't get enough shakes and then I dread them and want nothing but pudding. Although, I must say I think I will always love shakes now that I load them up in the blender with 8 or so ice cubes and let the thing run a good few minutes until they are super thick like a milkshake. I never blended them in MF round 1 - what a mistake! :D

And yes, there are definitely only a few of us floating around here these days...but at least we have good company!

I'm here, too! Hmm, not sure if I'm "good company," though! :-)

Ha. Yeah, always glad to have you visit, too, Lauren. And T's been pretty regular lately, which is nice. But a lot of former regulars seem to be missing these days.

Yeah, I've noticed, and you know, historically speaking, that's not usually a good sign...

I've sent a few PMs to touch base, but not getting much in reply-land.

This is why, no matter how busy I get, I try to AT LEAST poke in and say hi, to make sure the folks here know I haven't dropped out of the race!

Hope you're all having a terrific day!

Speaking of which, have you heard anything from Jo or Lizabette. Liz checked in once but didn't really say how she was doing, and Jo hasn't been around in a month.

I thought so, but I was hoping I was wrong.

I'm concerned about Lizabette, too. Sent her a PM on April 18th and she hasn't 'picked it up' yet. Not at all like her to be gone so long. I hope she is okay (and that her hubby is, too).

Jo, I've heard from her, she was still busy after tax season stopped and then I think they had some time away planned. Hopefully we'll see her here within the next couple weeks.

It is so darn easy to go into lurk mode when the food gets ahold of our attention once again......I do have to fight myself when I want to hide instead of coming here to be accountable. :?

We will pray that everyone is fine but just extremely busy with limited time to stop by. I know it happened to me. However, even through being busy, i was maintaining well until something set off my "carb trigger" button for the past 2 days. I miss the chattiness of the forum. I need EVERYONE to come back.
