Thanks,, all. I think I've finally hit a groove; too bad it took over a year! I'm eating the exact same thing pretty much every day for now so I don't mess anything up.
And I'll absolutely be sympathetic when you start hunting, too, Reginia. Hopefully I'll have some suggestions. (Right now, for all of us who used to have big thighs and don't anymore, I highly recommend Villager jeans. I got mine at Kohl's, they're a Liz Claiborne brand, and they actually make me feel thin. Or thinNER.)
Speaking of which, today's the first morning that I got up, saw myself in the mirror and thought maybe my stomach's NOT so big anymore.
I missed my one goal of the week, though. No gym today. I forgot I had a vet appointment, and then after that I had to meet up with the sprinkler guys and that took longer than expected. So now they just left and it's almost 5, and I'm too hot to even think about going. I'm going to sit for a little bit and cool off, then do Tae Bo Abs and lift some weights, and call it a day.
