Hmmmm, you have me thinking about mileage. Maybe I'll walk an hour today and see how far I go. What is wrong with me? OMG. 2 days in a row is just insane for me!

Oh, I forgot to ask, did you pick something up at Starbucks during the walk? That time counts!

OMG!!
I didn't realize there remained Starbucks-free areas in this country.
There are seven within a 5-mile radius of my home.
What's even MORE amazing is the Exercise Jo that apparently morphed while I was gone...
Look!! What's that in the sky???

I know there are at least three within 2 miles of my home. I am going to find out how many in a 5 mile radius.

EDIT: Got some of Nickie's OCD and went to the Starbucks website instead of Yahoo maps. There are 75 Starbucks within 5 miles of my home.

ROBIN---
Good on the 131.8...one ounce below me this morning.
Okay, so I'm starting back to the Y this morning for water aerobics, but I know I won't get in as much 'xercise you do.
Hey, your one year medallion is ready for you if you want it.
Catch my new siggy???

Thanks, Lizabette. It's the lowest I've been in quite a while, so I'm hoping the trend continues. As for the medallion thing, either way. Still doesn't much matter to me.

Oh, and walked 5 minutes, ran/jogged 25, brisk-walked 5 and walked 10. I'm hoping to do a tape this afternoon at work, too. Wednesday I'm supposed to bump it up to a 28-minute run/jog for three workouts, then next week will be 30 minutes and the C25K program will officially be over. Although I plan to continue increasing my speed and duration, pretty much indefinitely.

Good for you on the running Robin! My long term goal is to be able to walk out my door and jog for about an hour without getting winded. My neighbor can do that and I'm envious of him.

An hour without getting winded? Wow. Although then how much do you have to do to actually work up a sweat and get a good cardio workout??

Maybe he just runs till he's out of sight and then strolls around the block and runs back past your house!

131.6. I so wanted to be under 131 this morning (and it looked when I got home last night like I would be), but no such luck. Although I think at least part of it is my usual sandbox thing (not really an issue, just ... a lull).

Anyway, got up even earlier today so I could walk an hour instead of 45 minutes. I'm not sure yet if I'll do hills or just straight walking.
