I know its probably easier said than done, but don't beat yourself up - you can take out your frustration tomorrow at the gym and/or on the treadmill. 300 calories aren't going to throw you off. You won't even notice a difference in you size 4 jeans. Size 4...wow :)

Well, don't let that fool you. It's just in a couple of brands. In most of 'em, I'm a 6. And if they're low-cut, forget it. I'm probably a 12!

In my whole life I have worn only two or three size 4 garments and I was 117 pounds for years. A skirt at BCBG and a suit at Ann Taylor. And I could only wear those on my "skinny" days. But let me add I did wear a number of XS's at the Gap.

I can't wear much of anything at the Gap; their stuff just doesn't work on my body. And remember, I'm a midget.

Anyway, 133.2, which was a huge relief given all the carbs and extra calories. I still have to eat two meals out today (plus I'll be gone from the house all day and most of the evening), so I'm just going to do the best I can and not use FitDay or anything.

I'm off to feed the dogs, then do C25K (last day of week 4). Then breakfast, gym, shower, meet a friend for lunch and power shopping (one last look for a dress for the bat mitzvah, plus I need a sweater and shoes to go with the dresses I have), then brief stop at home for the dogs, then out to dinner and a movie with another friend. Whoa. Then home to crash.

Wow! Busy day. I hope you can enjoy yourself by the time it winds down a little. The EBAY bug has hit me again. I just got back from walking and I kept thinking of designers I wanted to check out...ah, I'm sick.

Ha. Yeah, I really need to curtail the shopping again. Although this is all stuff I can justify, and I can wear the dresses again for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.

I'm not a fan of the busy weekends, but I'm also not very good at turning down invitations. At least I saved tomorrow for just errands. And the gym, I guess, to make up for last night.

Did the C25K plus a few extra minutes of walking at the end, and went a little faster on the jogging intervals. I'll try the week 5 workout on Tuesday, but I'm not positive I can do it. Maybe, though. You do get more recovery time between the intervals, at least.

.

I'm justifying my purchases as part of my fall wardrobe. Nothing too large or small, but I have NO fall/winter clothes except a few size medium cashmere Brooks Brothers sweaters I couldn't part with...
I gave the rest of it away to the homeless before I started Medifast. My new stuff will be so much more stylish anyway.

Yeah, I bought a ton after hitting maintenance, but I can't really justify it anymore (except for stuff like this, when it's a special occasion).

Plus I heard from PayPal the other day, and the BodyBugg seller has promised a full refund (although it hasn't shown up on my credit card yet; if it doesn't show up soon, I'm telling PayPal).

OK, that was a TERRIBLE workout. I don't know what was wrong with me, but I was lifting about half what I normally do, and struggling with THAT. And I came home so weak and shaky that I just had a snack (just a little early, and since my friend will probably be late, I'll probably have lunch a bit later than usual, too). But I'm still feeling the same. I don't think I'm sick, and I can't imagine the stuff I ate last night could affect me THIS much, so I don't know what it is. But hopefully it'll pass soon.

Maybe you were just tired. It happens sometimes, especially if you were mentally going over everything you have to do today. I have been walking 2-3 miles daily for 8 months and some days it makes me tired and other days it is just a stroll!

Yeah, that does happen sometimes -- it's like you mentally keep waiting for things to shift into gear, like they eventually do on other days when it's not just a quick start, but then it just never does. Of course, I wonder if you are getting enough calories ... hee hee. Anyway, I guess you are a bit of a fitness queen around here -- I admire you :).

Cheers, Robin :).

I don't work out anywhere near as much as some other folks here do! But considering I went from couch potato to working out pretty much every day for the past year, I'll take it!!

Anyway, felt much better later, although I was pretty exhausted by the end of the day. We were out shopping till about 15 minutes before my other friend picked me up for the movie. The poor dogs were NOT happy.

The good news: I got another, much more appropriate dress. So I'll wear the sundress Friday night, when services are actually outside and not in the synagogue. And I'll wear the new one (a very clingy, bright purple dress from New York & Co.) on Saturday. I don't know how to add photos, but here's the dress:

www dot nyandcompany dot com slash nyco slash browse slash product_detail_with_picker.jsp?productId=prod160094

I also found some cute shoes that will go with both (white, strappy sandals with a low heel from Naturalizer - on sale for $21). And then, because the darn dress is so clingy, I decided I need some sort of all-in-one foundation garment to smooth things out a little, and all the ones I have are from the old days and way too big. So I found one online (couldn't find it in the mall and was sick of shopping by then, anyway). It's a "longline power slip."

The bad news: Both food AND water were not so good yesterday, mostly in that I didn't eat or drink nearly enough. So weight was 133.4 but I feel very dehydrated.

I'm off to feed the dogs, have breakfast and gulp some extra water. No workout this morning, although I may do a nice, long walk later on.

You know I am a huge fan of foundation garments although I wear them less than I used too. They just give a more streamlined appearance even for the very thin or in my case the slightly lumpy. Have to leave for church now but will check out the dress when I get back! I LOVE purple!!!

I couldn't access the dress using that URL. Maybe it was my typing. But they only had one purple dress on the site with what looks like dots on it. Is that the one? If so, I love it and it does look clingy! Good for you!
