132.0, but haven't visited the sandbox in a couple of days, so I think I'm finally lower than that. (I almost picked up the Miralax last week, Biki, but the idea of having to drink it grossed me out. I don't drink anything but plain water and I'm afraid I'd taste it in there.) Anyway, I started back on Activia yogurt yesterday, so that oughta kick in soon.

Everything else is the same. Today's my C25K morning, if I can ever get the dogs to come in and eat so I can get started. They've discovered the area underneath the shed, and Mojo's been spending a lot of time down there. I'm afraid to find out what she's doing, although she hasn't brought out anything dead yet, so that's a good sign.

I promise it tastes like absolutely NOTHING. No fakey lemon-lime or saline taste. Nothing at all. I used to drink mine in a glass of iced tea or coffee.

I tried on the Dolce yesterday before I bought (or Paul bought I should say) Flowerbomb. The Dolce smells like something I imagine you would like. Not overpowering and kind of crisp. (I think it has green apple notes) It's a floral but not effusive.

It smells somewhat citrusy to me, which is why I like it. I normally like either citrusy scents or sometimes cinnamon-y. Very light, though, which I like. I'm not much of a perfume fan. Most of 'em make me sneeze or give me a headache.

Oh, and I did the C25K Week 4 workout, plus walked a few extra minutes to boost my calorie count. I'm gonna go collapse now and have breakfast.

(And Biki, those both have flavor. Have you ever had it in plain water?)

OK, I had to laugh. Mojo showed up at the door with something in her mouth and a very proud look on her face. I made her drop it and ... it was a turtle!! I set it down and a few minutes later it poked its head out, so I picked it up and set it in the grass, and now it's gone so it must have wandered off. (I wasn't quite sure where to put it so it would be safe.)

We did have another downpour Sunday and there's a pond on the far end of the property next to mine, but a turtle? A big one, too. I'd say he was close to a foot long from end to end.

I looked it up and we are both right-has citrus and apple:

A stunning perfume overwhelming and irresistible like the joy of living. Surprising and coloured: the liveliness of Sicilian citron, the happiness of Granny smith apple, the spontaneity of Bluebells. Feminine and resolute: the intensity of jasmine, the freshness of bamboo, the charm of white rose. Deep and true: the character of cedar wood, the fullness of amber, the embrace of musk.

I have the Miralax right here and just for you I am going to have some in some tap water. Hold on. No flavor or grittiness whatsoever.

Hey, Robin - you're doing great, it's on the downswing, you must be really happy!

I needed to polk my head in to say that I LOVE Flowerbomb, but it is potent, so a little goes a looong way. Haven't tried the D&G yet, but I, too, am a perfume lover. I always love the seasonal Issey Miyake choices, and also wear Prada and Escada and Michael Kors. But one of my faves which I get constant compliments on is Pink Sugar. Smells like food, but in a really yummy good way.

Oh, and I totally agree on covering shoulders in synagogue, I actually thought it was required, but I belong to a conservative temple, so it might be there. Most women do not wear pants, a couple have tried, but were in the minority. I am not a particularly traditional person, but I tend towards conservative when it comes to synagogue, it's the one place that I tend not to deviate.

When's the bar mitzvah you've got? This weekend? And you're reading from the Torah? An honor!

In the reviews on Makeup Alley ( I always read after I buy), Flowerbomb was compared to Pink Sugar by a few. I also like it.

Until a few decades ago you had to cover you head as a female going into a Catholic church (glad that changed) and now you have backs and halter dresses! Un peu de trop.

I was raised Conservative, too, but this temple's Reform. VERY Reform. I just can't do it, though. (But not reading from the Torah, just an Aliyah. If it's like her brother's, I'll go up with her paternal grandmother and do the Hebrew and then she'll do the blessing in English. It's not for a month, though, which is good since I still don't have shoes or a sweater or anything. OK, and I'm still kinda hoping to find another dress. Maybe.)

And OK, Biki, I'll try the Miralax. Although the Activia's already started to kick in. But I don't want to eat Activia every day because there aren't very many flavors I like.

133.0, but my issue continues (I'm getting the Miralax tonight, even if it's resolved by then). The good news is I can see that line down the middle of the abs extending to just past my belly button now, and even with my current bloat, both upper and lower ab areas are smaller. So I guess that's what really matters. But I'd still like to see that darn number drop.

I just realized, though, that because of the airport stuff last night, I had tuna for dinner, and lots of it. Which is way more sodium than I normally have.

Glad those areas look smaller! Two of my major soggy areas are my upper arms! I don't know how long you have had your "issue" but I took Miralax for a few days before all functions were restored to normal. Everything else I tried either never worked or worked that one time after taking it for a few days and I had the same problems again and usually involved taking yucky medicine not something flavor free.

Ever since Biki mentioned the miralax. I have seen it on commercials all the time.
Robin, I am like in shock at how much exercise you do. Yesterday I was drivng home and I said to myself I am going to start the couch to 5k thing. (my 9 year old is doing it).. The minute I got home I was so exhausted and I did not do it  . If I might ask when did you start exercising.
Also 133 Awesome, 6 pack abs awesome. Have you ever thought that you are just gaining muscle. Are your clothes around your waist smaller.
Good JOB. Like I said this before. You are my role model for exercise.

Some is muscle, but I still have more body fat than I'm happy with.

I have trouble working out at the end of the day, too, Katie, although I'm getting better about it. But the only way I do it daily is to do it in the morning. I get up half an hour earlier and just DO it. (To answer your question, I started in June 2006, a couple of months before I reached goal.)

Biki, do you take it all the time or just when you need it? The thing is (and the reason I went with the Activia yogurt, which actually works very well if I eat it every day) is I've had this problem since I was a little kid. A sluggish digestive system, the Activia people say. I still remember being maybe 7 years old and going to spend the weekend with some older cousins, and them calling my mom in a panic because I hadn't been to the bathroom since I got there (I used to rarely pee, too; I always said I had a bladder of steel).

I feel like I'm on the verge of resolution, though. And I upped my fiber a little today, since it had dropped a wee bit (still considerably over the RDA of 25 grams, but I HAD been closer to 50).

As for exercise, did the Shape workout plus a few extra minutes to get me to 300 calories. Will do the tape this afternoon at work, and maybe some abs stuff tonight (been doing it daily lately, but I HAVE to do some laundry tonight).
