Anyway, I'm feeling a bit better about things. I reread the chapter on repairing damaged metabolisms, and the guy says it'll take at least three weeks to see anything at all, and six to eight weeks to really get it going. I just started my fourth week. So I'm hoping I start to see at least a little bit of progress soon. I'm a tiny bit under his minimum calorie count, but I think I'm close enough given my (advanced) age and (lack of) height.
