132.2. I knew all the workouts would take a toll. I got home last night, made dinner, and was still STARVING afterward. So I had a bunch more protein (lamb chops). So not down as much as I'd hoped today, but still down, at least (and bloated for some reason, so maybe a little more).
Anyway, went to bed late and got up way too tired to run. But I did walk the full 2 miles, at least. Then Mojo came in and got mud all over the couch, because I didn't see that she was completely covered in mud. So I gave her my first solo doggy bath outside, cleaned the couch as best I could as fast as possible, and raced to work. Sigh. Fenced off the room, so hopefully she won't go on the couch while I'm gone. Somehow I suspect she doesn't respect gates and fences all that much, so she might jump over it or knock it down or something. Sheesh.
Doing the 2-mile walk with weights this afternoon. I'm not sure what I'll do about dinner, since I sorta ate tonight's dinner last night.
Maybe some Egg Beaters, low-fat feta and spinach, like I did Monday night. It's probably better than stopping and picking something up.
