I was at 127.8 today, with a small sandbox issue, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be lower and that I might even hit 127 on Saturday.

Today was a walking day, although I walked longer than my hour so I could drive up my calorie burn a bit. It's supposed to be nice out today, so I should be able to get in a walk at lunchtime, too. Which means I won't have to cut my calories much, if at all. Yay.

I only partly believe the calories in/calories out. I mean, it's working for me right now, but only with the smaller deficit. In theory, if I maintain a bigger deficit, I should lose faster, but I know that didn't happen. I think when I finally hit 125, I'm going to e-mail the "coach" and tell her about my progress and what I think of her nonsense about only Olympic athletes being affected by starvation mode.

127.4, with a continuing sandbox issue. If it doesn't resolve by the time I leave work, I'll stop on my way home and get some help at the drugstore. (The good news is that if I'm 127.4 right now, if I can resolve the problem, I have every hope that I'm really more like 127.0. Which would mean I'm right on target. Yay for the Bodybugg!)

Issue is resolved, so I'm officially looking forward to tomorrow morning's weigh-in. I already feel lighter. :)

And yep, you're so observant, Karli!! I changed my goal weight this morning. It's kind of been my dream weight for a while now, but I never thought I'd make it. But given how well the BB is doing, and how close I am to 125, I figured I might as well make it official. If/when I make it, you'll hear the screaming from your house! And there might be a small earthquake in North Texas, from all the jumping up and down.

Just got back from an afternoon walk to rack up a few extra calories (mostly because I was supposed to run this morning, but I only walked because my foot was bothering me; I walked for 75 minutes this morning, though, and about 25 just now, most of it uphill both times).

This is so great to see that you are still doing well after so long of maintaining. It gives me hope as I am hope to be at the maintaining stage soon. Great job!

Hi Robin ! Wow, 127.2 ! That's great :). I have to say though, I am pretty sure there is no way for a little wafe of a lady (okay, I mean a lean and muscular lady, but still ! 120), weighing in at a mere 120, could *possibly* create an earthquake of any kind, under any circumstances, *even* jumping up and down with glee . However, if we all jumped up and down with you (which I will do when you hit 120), that just might get the earth rockin' a little ... hee hee.

Hope you have a great day :).

I love reading your advice and daily happenings. Did you ever think, years ago, you would be praying for a .2 lb. weight loss to hit your target?

Well, but it's not 0.2 to hit my goal. That's just to hit my weekly target. I'm 7 pounds from my goal (or 3 pounds below my original goal, or 2 pounds above my first revised goal).

What I never thought was that I'd wear the size I do. Or that I'd try to go even smaller. When I started, I thought an 8 was tiny!

Right, target not goal...sorry. I meant mini-goal, I guess.

I'm not sure it even qualifies as that (that would be 125, maybe). It's really just the pound a week I'm supposed to lose with the BodyBugg. Sigh. More just a sign that it's actually working, rather than any kind of milestone for me.

But it's good that it's NOT a big milestone, because thanks to fluctuations, today I'm ... 128.2. Yes, up a pound for no good reason, except that I tend to fluctuate up a pound or so whenever I have one of my little fat-free pizzas for dinner (as I did last night, even though I knew it'd probably mean a weight bounce). Tomorrow's my official Bodybugg weigh-in, though, so if I'm OK today, I can still make it. Maybe.

Have a good day, everyone. I'm off to run, even though I don't feel like it (if I really struggle, I'll walk forEVER till I hit my calorie-burn target). And then I get to go see "Up."

Hi Robin, it's so strange that those little pizzas do that ! I mean, I know you figure out everything you can about what's in them and plan out your intake for the day, so I wonder what the deal is ?? You are so good to take that in stride ! Especially so close to your own official weigh-in date. Very impressive about your willingness to walk to get to your calorie-burn goal ! I am convinced that if I didn't feel like I needed to be chained to the piano or singing at all moments of every day, I would like to be able to be more athletic again ! Maybe someday I will at least incorporate a 20 minute daily walk, just to get out :).

Have a wonderful day, Robin :).
