Great, Nicks. I hope you find it useful. I really liked it. And heck, I wore tank tops all summer, thanks to that book. :)

Suzy: Thanks. If I can do this, anyone can. Really.

Today's report: 126.8!!!! Did an hour on the treadmill, including a 10-minute run and the rest at 4 mph on a 2 incline. And then of course I also burned a few extra calories, what with all the happy dancing. LOL.

Thanks, Katie and Cindy Lou Who. Hee. Today it's 126.4. I don't know what happened and why I've suddenly lost 1 pound in just a few days, but I'm not questioning it. I just hope it continues!!

And this means I get my 10-pound bear on my next order. Finally!!

That plan is still doing the bears? I LOVED the bears!! I would almost spend the money on it just to get them. But, I like my MF - when I'm able to do it, that is.

Congratulations on the big losses (relatively speaking, I know they are big for you!) and the happy dance the other day. You made me laugh when I read that and I can always use a good chuckle nowadays.

Yep, a different bear for every 10 pounds, plus a special one for reaching goal. I didn't think I'd be that excited by a little stuffed bear, but I am.

I think I'm going to have to break down and go shopping pretty soon, too. My work pants - and a lot of my tops - are starting to just look WRONG. Baggy and droopy (in some odd places, too).

The plan I'm on (not Medifast) sends you a little stuffed bear for every 10 pounds you lose. Each one is a different color and says the number of pounds. It's kinda funny, cause even the guys on the other board get all excited and they talk about keeping their bears on display.

Hey, Robin -

Congrats on the continued drop! I know how precious every pound is for you, so the loss "weighs" even more in significance!

Go out and get clothes that fit, girl! You deserve it. It's funny, I never had a problem (when fat) with clothes that were too big, so it didn't occur to me that they can look just as bad as clothes that were too tight. Now I see it, and it's funny. When I'm a few pounds below my goal weight my clothes start to look frumpy, and they make me look bigger than I am - who knew? So, go out and do some damage!

Have fun!

Oh, and bears? I'm dying to know what bears have to do with a diet....is it a play on words, like "dieting can be a bear?" :-) Enjoy them, though, any motivation that works is great!

Nothing to do with dieting. I think it's just a nice little bonus. It's kinda nice to get SOMEthing from the company to mark the milestones. WW used to give you stuff, too, but I don't know if they do anymore. I have a couple of pins or something that I got once upon a time.

Thing is, I don't want to buy TOO much in the way of clothes, if I'm going to keep losing. I have to look through my stuff and see what I can live with and what needs to go.

Congratulations on the great scale numbers Robin!

The bears sound like a cute and fun little incentive.

Hey, T. Yeah, I want mine NOW. But my next shipment's not due for a few more weeks. (Course, my official goal is still 125, so I'm hoping I'll reach it by then and get my goal bear, too. But I'm still going to go lower than that. My unofficial goal keeps dropping!)

Oh, and good news on my shoulder. I had PT today, and he tested my flexibility in both shoulders. My bad one, the right one, has normal range of motion. But apparently my other one is HYPERflexible, so he'd like to get the other one improved to that point, too. But he said I probably will only need maybe two more visits and I'll be done. Not perfect yet, but ready to just work on building strength on my own. He even let me do a couple of push-ups on the table, and said he doesn't want me doing more yet, but that I should be able to pretty soon. Yay!! (But who knew I was hyperflexible ANYwhere? All he ever talks about is how stiff my spine is.)
