Can I ask the brand on the FF SF coconut pie one? Peapod has a somewhat limited selection but I would love to try it.

Store brand, unfortunately. Kroger out here (also Ralphs in California and King Sooper in Colorado, if that helps). It's Splenda-sweetened and pretty tasty. Their apple pie flavor isn't bad, either, but I figure I get enough apples on my own.

131.6. Another bad day at work, with sickouts galore. Sigh. Morning workout was kind of half run, half walk after several interruptions (first, had to get off for a potty emergency, then accidentally pulled the emergency stop thing out, etc.).

NSV: My "skinny" jeans seem to be my new "comfy" jeans today. My old comfy jeans are fine out of the dryer, but baggy an hour or two later.

WOO-HOO!!!!! My size 14 denim bermuda shorts are like that. They look fine when I put them on but get baggy pretty quickly. They look kind of funny but are so comfy they are perfect for lounging and napping and runs to the corner store. I am glad about that since my Ann Taylor experiment indicates that at someplace I am a size 12.

That still seems so weird to me. You're so much taller than I am and yet don't weigh much more at all (and heck, you LOOK much skinnier than me), so how are our sizes so different?

I have a lot of fat around my middle. I don't know. It confuses me too when there are people who outweigh me by 20-30 pounds who wear the same size. I mean good for them but I am still in relatively large sizes! I have brought this up before, but I hate that Nutrisystem commmercial where she goes "I went from a size 12 to a size 2!" I have been on a diet for almost a year and lost 90 pounds and apparently am still unacceptable! My hips are 38 inches and when they were 36 (when I was thin) I used to wear a size 6-8. I just think it's my beer belly (I drank a case a day for a while) and behind. I am just going to keep on eating right and keep on exercising and adding additional elements like strength training and just get on with my life and try not to shoot the TV when that Nutrisystem commercial comes on!

Well, yeah, people's bodies change and everyone has a different body type. Heck, I'm still trying to accept the fact that no matter what I do and how much fat I lose or how much I work out, my legs will NEVER look like yours.

You are very lucky. You should see my awful upper thighs! I guess people just see the rest of my leg and assume it is thin all the way up. Nope. My mother says my upper thighs have been pudgy since I was a baby and even as I grew and had chicken legs that part never changed.

I'm the opposite. I used to have horrible thighs, but now they're one of my best parts. But my "cankles" will not go away!!!

How did you improve your thighs? Lunges? Running?

I have no idea. They just kinda disappeared when I lost the weight. My thighs and my butt probably had the biggest improvement (weird, because they've always been the last to go before). The thighs got better before I started running, though, so that wasn't it. Maybe lunges and squats? Or just weird fluke. I dunno.
