Weight's a bit up because of a planned indulgence yesterday (belated birthday lunch with a friend), plus I actually took a full day off from exercise to rest my hamstring and knee.
Back to normal this morning, though. Ran this morning (I almost skipped ahead to the last week of the program and did 30 minutes, but then decided to follow instructions since they specifically say not to do that). So ran 28, walked the rest to make 45 minutes. Deviated a bit from my normal breakfast and had a Lean Cuisine thing, mostly because I didn't feel like cooking breakfast.
My homemade granola isn't working too well - first it didn't clump up, and then when I tried to add some stuff to make it clump more, it got soggy and it doesn't seem to be drying out again. Sigh. Oh, well.
And yesterday I accidentally parked over one of those cement parking-lot bump things, and when I backed out (and over it), it yanked off part of my bumper!!! So now there's some rubber or plastic stuff underneath that's loose and shredding and making a horrible noise when I drive. Sigh. Thankfully I'm car-pooling to work tonight (Emmy coverage) and I'm off tomorrow, so I'll take the car in first thing in the morning (and I guess walk later on in the day). And I'm just going to go the closest supermarket today to pick up a few things - and drive slooooowly, so I don't do any more damage. Argh.
