132.6. I didn't do the workout the other night, after all. I decided since I had to be up so early the next day, it wasn't a good idea to do something that would keep me up even later.

And then yesterday I just took the day off completely, since I had to be up and out of the house so early. I just napped last night.

I'm doing Tae Bo Abs today, though. And if it doesn't do anything to boost my energy level, I'm adding a sixth shake again. At least for a few days.

132.4. So here I am, following the program perfectly - again. To see -again - if it will speed my weight loss any. No Medifast bars, no off-plan bars, no off-plan soy crisps, no extra meals, nothing.

And the verdict so far after a week of this? Have I lost more than normal? Do I even feel better than normal? A big, fat NOPE.

Next up is choosing between oatmeal and chili every day. I think having both might be too many carbs for me.

Well, shoot. I was really hoping to like the tropical fruit punch because the protein's high and the carbs are low. But ... eyew. And why does it have to look like Pepto??

Then again, if it helps me to FINALLY reach goal, maybe I could stand to have one once a day. (And I didn't have oatmeal OR chili today. Maybe that'll help, although I'll still have one or the other a few times a week.)

132.2. Still being perfectly compliant and getting nowhere. Big shock there. I'm about ready to add an extra meal back in.

Edited because I forgot to add my workout for the day, which was Tae Bo Flex. It's already getting easier to do, so I think I may "need" to get Tae Bo Cardio to add to the mix.

Ha. Me? Believe me, this is driving me CRAZY. The only saving me is things like yesterday, when I put on those Victoria's Secret jeans I was so excited about back in June, and they're too big. I was all set to order a new pair in a size 6, and decided maybe I oughta hold off since I'm still hoping the workouts will get me into a 4.

But believe me, right now it's a daily struggle to hold off on tweaking anything and just give this a chance. I'm still debating on the extra meal a day. I think 5 and 1 is just too low for me these days. (In fact, I think I just talked myself into it. At least switching from my daily snack to a meal instead. That's only adding a few calories, really.)

Hehe.. my goal is to be able to fit into their 38C (it's the largest size any of the stores carry here, and I don't like ordering bras through the mail.) Fitting into the clothes though would be even sweeter :)

I know, I still can't believe the size numbers I'm talking about. Today I'm wearing a relaxed size 6 from Lee jeans, and they're HUGE on me. I can't wear relaxed fit anymore. How crazy is that????

I was so excited to order from VS, I got a bra, underdoodles AND the jeans.

Heh I know what you mean. I can't even comprehend that size on myself, and I'm sure when I get there it'll still be surreal.

I still remember last October, when I had dropped a couple of sizes, and I STILL was convinced every time I took my pants off for some reason that I wouldn't be able to get them back on. Every bathroom trip was a shock when my pants would still zip up.

I've gotten used to THAT now, but I still worry every time I put my jeans in the dryer. I DO have one pair that's a really tight squeeze - they're an 8 and I can just barely squeeze into them even though I fit in a size 6 in the same brand. I'm trying to convince myself that it's just a bad pair.

I love the VS stuff, though. Whenever I wear 'em, I want to announce to the world that I'm wearing a Victoria's Secret bra. And matching underdoodles, of course.

Thanks, Doc the Lionhearted!! I'm getting that paper out to you this weekend.

And I know. I still can't believe that 6 doesn't have a 1 in front of it. (And geez, I just ordered two more Tae Bo workouts. I'm becoming an addict. I read some reviews from my favorite video fitness site and ordered Tae Bo Cardio and Tae Bo Cardio Circuit. I think the Fat Blaster ones that I already have are still too hard.)

Oooh, and the free table at work had some fitness stuff. I picked up The Crunch Total Resculpt and some really silly-looking book called "The Da Vinci Fitness Code."

I think I may be replacing my food addiction with a workout addiction. I guess there are worse things I could be obsessed with.

Robin, I still find myself stretching out my t-shirts before putting them on, lol. I also worry about my blue jeans, but I'll get used to it. The jeans I have right now need to be shrunk in the dryer.
