134.4.

Will do my normal cardio this morning, and tape tonight. Did arms last night (at home, since it was raining so hard there was no way I was going to stop on my way home; I was just lucky I GOT home), and will do abs tonight.

I need to do arms. Thanks for reminding me.

Glad I could help. :)

Had a slightly different breakfast today. Half of my usual fritatta concoction, plus oatmeal (sugar-free, Irish oatmeal). Not bad, although I like Medifast's version better for some reason. It might throw off my ratios because of the protein, though.

134.2. OK, this pretty much confirms it. No free meal this weekend, even in Oklahoma City. (And now I think I've overestimated the calories in the darn tortillas, so I'm actually eating fewer calories than I thought; the problem is FitDay won't accept the nutrition info on the package because it says it doesn't add up).

Anyway, off to do the treadmill this morning. This afternoon is the 45-minute workout at work. And I want to go to the gym tonight for lower body, but it looks like we might have yet another big storm tonight. In which case, I'll have to settle for weighted squats and lunges and such at home.

.

I hate it when it does that. It did it with my salad spritzer but only added 3 calories.

Robin, how frustrating! I didn't know Fitday would have fits ( groan) over any entries....

Yeah, the problem seems to be the high fiber content and whether to count the fiber calories.

I'm leaving it alone for now, although I'm a little disappointed at how few calories I need to eat to lose weight. Or even maintain. But hopefully my metabolism will repair itself if I continue what I'm doing for a while.

Oh, and my challenge du jour (other than the issue of whether I can get to gym tonight or whether I'd have to risk drowning to do it): We're doing my favorite tape today, but I have a small issue every week with it that I'm going to try to resolve. The problem: I try to eat something about an hour or an hour and a half before the afternoon workout. But with this one, because it includes some jogging or faux-jump-rope intervals, I end up having ... bladder issues each time. So I'm going to try to time my meals a little differently so that I don't eat/drink so soon before the workout, but I'm not quite sure how I'm going to go about it.

OK, well, THAT plan didn't work out so well. I got through the workout, but I tired out a lot faster than normal, and I'm sure it was because I hadn't eaten enough yet today. Argh. I guess I'll need to try something else next Thursday. (The good news, I'm sure everyone's glad to know, is I didn't pee during the jogging portions.)

Cool!! Boston Rob (Rob Mariano, from Survivor and Amazing Race) is here at our offices. He's doing a new reality show (as the host, I think) and is auditioning contestants in DFW this weekend.

... Aaaaand what a shock. I'm kind of HOPING for rain at this point so I can skip the gym and work out at home. Sigh. Although it's looking sunny right now, so I don't think I'm going to get my wish.

OK, no gym. I remembered that I went last week on a Thursday, and it was so crowded that I finally went home and finished my workout here. So I came home, took care of the dogs, had some dinner, and just did weighted squats; weighted, walking lunges; and weighted hamstring curls. Which will have to do, although I'll probably go tomorrow after work and do a bit more.
