Hi all..
I am back.First ...I need to turn in my #40 club badge. Because I gained alot of weight back .ALL MY FAULT!!!!! But ...I am starting this Sunday and looking forward to my new journey with you all.Wish me luck ,though with Medifast no luck is needed.Now I have to figure out how to do the ticker again.

For your ticker. Go to tickerfactory.com. Customize a ticker. Use the BBCode when you get to the end of the process.
Log into the MMT forum. Click on your "Profile". Find the "Signature" text box. Place your ticker BBCode in the signature text box and click the "Submit" button to save the changes. Any probs, let me know.
