thier supplements? I know I have done it a few times with things such as the frozen cookie dough thing or cookies with oatmeal, but I am thinking of other foods. For example, I sometimes make a shake and soup. I have half of the shake with a half of the soup. I don't do it much since I am in school and it is too much prep for me, but on the weekends I do. During the summer I will, too.
