I just got to wonder. We're all trying to trade it & I don't see anyone taking us up on it. I still have 6 packets to trade but I'm guessing they will end up in the garbage. I don't think anyone out there likes minestrone. If I'm wrong let me know.

I do like the Minestrone but since it has to be prepared in advance or else you break a tooth it is a pain. I prefer soup when it is cold and since it has been unseasonably warm I haven't been eating it, hence I have 3 boxes sitting in my closet gathering dust. Ah well. I like it with one of the fast soups added in for some more flavor, some msdash, and chopped celery if I am really motivated. It makes it eatable.

I've only tried it once and didn't care for it, but I'll try again by spicing it up.

I'm actually loving the other things once I find the "magic" ingredients to make it to my liking...LOL

If someone DOES like it, maybe they'll tell us what they've added.
