dinner and shake

Postby stacie4 » June 20th, 2007, 3:23 pm

Is it ok to have your dinner and shake at the same time or within like 30 minutes of each other. Is that too much? Thanks.

To do in an emergency, like if you got behind on your supplements, it's OK. But it shouldn't be a regular occurrence. Try to space all supplements and meals between 2-4 hours apart. I've had double supplements at the same time before, when I've gotten off-schedule - but I try not to let that happen.

I am wondering why you had dinner and a shake 30 min apart. Were you hungry? Were you trying to get your shakes in before the end of the day?

Like Nickieluv said, it isn't your best choice but sometimes it just works out that way.
