Hi everyone:

Well, Friday night Tom (hubby) and I went out to an awesome restaurant for our 27th wedding anniversary. :stroll: Altho there was so very many choices......I ate chicken and brocolli and a very delicious lettuce salad. :sheepjump: Tasted wonderful and I wasnt stuffed for the rest of the evening and lost lbs this week. Life is good !!!!! :hi5:

I can't even begin to tell you how good I feel about making the right food choices. It has been far too long since I could honestly make that claim.

I've been away for awhile (computer broke) and today I tried to catch up on all the posting. I noticed another Evie has joined the group. Welcome. I don't hear that name often. So glad you are with us Evie 24. :lol:

You truly made great choices - in your :heart: :hug: husband as well as your Lean and Green! Congratulations on 27 years of marriage and for sticking to your program!

You will soon be at your goal and then you will stay there! :lol:
