Hi Pegann!!
I've been on vacation (ugh) and crazy with work so i haven't been on the forum, but i just want to thank you so much for your response!!!
i did ok.. on vacation... we went to wildwood, NJ and we went with another family.. first dinner out was a home made pasta place!! yeah, ok!!
i had seafood mixed in and only had a couple of mouthfulls of pasta... throughout the week i had few fries, bite of pancake, chicken finger... but when i came home i noticed a 3 lb drop.. (but that was technically for 2 weeks.. b/c scale didn't move the week before) i think i got away with it, because we were doing alot of walking... but now, i'm finding myself picking!!! oh no!! i'm terrified that i'm going to ruin it now.. i had pineapple last night!!! and a plum and pretzels the day before!! i have to stop...!!!
i just have to stick to the shakes and the lean and green and go back to strict.. i did it for 8 weeks with no cheating... so i can do it again!! i really think this forum is what helps you stay on track...
