So here goes -- a pictorial version of my journey thus far.



February, 2006 - Prior to Medifast and Take Shape for Life Size 30-32 (sometimes a 34, but I couldn't admit it until recently) The lady in the red shirt is a friend of the family -- yet another Sharon. The gorgeous hunk, of course, is Mike, my dh.

The Start (March 16, 2006) 302 lbs, size 30-32 Holy cow, batman!!! What a shock!!! (I'm one of those people who thinks she's still not much larger than a size 16)


New pics added July 15, 2007. 16 months on Medifast. 112 lbs lost. (Oh, and by the way, that IS a size 14-16!! Edit: Actually, that's an Omar the Tent Maker size 14-16 -- in reality, I think it was a non-Omar size 20)

The difference in your neck and face is WONDERFUL! You can see changes all over your body! I mean look at your mid section in the sideways shots...There's A LOT of it gone! If these side-by-side pics don't motivate you to continue, I don't know WHAT would!

Thanks so much for sharing, I LOVE watching these beautiful transformations from bud to flower and you're DEFINITELY starting to BLOOM!

Diana you look great! What a difference. You are one lucky woman to have your dh doing this with you. My hubby is also ready to start so all I need to do is get his stuff. Thanks for the encouragement and positive feedback, all. I'm certainly having fun with all of Dayna's hand-me-ups! I've got a milestone coming up in another 15 lbs or so -- I haven't been under 259 in, oh, 15 years or so. I can't WAIT to post pics of that end of the journey!

And what a pleasure to be taking this trip with such wonderful travelling companions!!

Let's all lift our glasses...er shaker jars....water bottles?
