I somehow missed your original photos and happened across the thread today. Wow! I have benefited from all you and your hubby's posts and am happy to see how successful you both have been! Thanks for the inspiration!
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

You bet I feel great!! Went to the doc today -- blood pressure's up :scratchhead: , but I can't hardly imagine what it would be WITHOUT Take Shape for Life and Medifast, not to mention all my incredible MediPals!!! YOU rock!!
