If you'll notice, Mike's is similar. There both from the same picture -- a SCHOOL picture, nonetheless! When the photographer came around last spring, we asked if we could have our pictures taken together since we teach at the same school (in fact, he's my department chair!). One of the options was to have them in black and white -- I'm so glad we did! It's one of my favorite pictures of the two of us.

OH! I just realized!! I can't wear that shirt anymore! It's TOO BIG!! :mrgreen:

And enjoy your family reunion!! I bet you'll knock their socks off!!

wowzers diana you can really see the difference. What a great accomplishment for yo and your hubby. I can't wait to see your picture when you reach your size 16. You'll be there in no time.

Thanks for sharing your pictures with us. It is really great to see such a huge change in ones appearance. Medifast is a wonderful tool to help us lose our weight and keep it off.

I am so glad you two are doing this together. It really helps to have your spouse doing it with you.

My husband and I had a race going on when we started on the Medifast. He lost quicker but I caught up.

Keep on shaking and please post another picture in a month from now.

Di I am so proud of you this week! I know it's been hard, but you stuck with it and lost! 259!! :hi5:

( wish there was a cartwheel emoticon on here...lol ) I can't wait to hit that! The lowest I have been in the last 6 or 7 years is 268. We are going to get there!

I had a little victory this week as far as being sick with a cold, I still walked every day but one and I didn't cheat. That's a first ever...IN MY LIFE I think. When I get sick I think I need chicken soup and saltine crackers...and all kinds of junk food...Oreos?? hehehe.

But I didn't crack, that's huge. Thanks you Jesus!
