I've been going to Jazzercise again. I'm trying to go at least 3 times a week. So far, I haven't made it that often -- I keep letting other things and other appointments be more important.

I do, however, have a checklist that has a "Yes" and "No" column after each item. All the magnets start in the No column, then I slide them to Yes as I get them done. And, of course, I have a reward system set up for myself. Gotta do what works!
hi Diana, i just read through your journal and it was so inspirational! your also a fabulous writer. you have come so far on your journal and i love your transparency. yes i know its your journal and a place to write all your thoughts down, but i think it would be so tempting to just not post when times were hard and i wasnt doing well. i love that you have your own personal weight loss journey. you have come so far! congratulations and thank you for the inspiration you have given me through reading your journal
Hi. Glad to see you back again. All those downs that you experienced will be met with ups to counterbalance.
