I think you just recreated the original Medifast program!
In the beginning, particularly, I had to add stuff to all the soups except the Chicken & Wild Rice --usually bullion (when we gettin' a spell check, Unca??), garlic salt, pepper flakes, etc.
One thing I learned really early on is that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to eat it!! Such an epiphany!! I doctor the shakes sometimes, too, just to keep it interesting. Right now, my favorite breakfast is a French Vanilla shake and 1 c of decaf coffee and ice. It's not as sweet as the cappucinos.
