DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS LOOK......

Postby krissss » April 11th, 2006, 6:51 am

Hey there MF pals..

My first day was great ...The only thing was I kept watching the clock waiting for my next meal...NOT ..because I was hungry ,but because I had to remember to eat every 2-3 hours and I couldn't wait to see what the next meal taste like.

Well...listen to this.. I went and hopped on the scale just for curiosity this morning ...just to see if it was the same as yesterday and my eye balls popped out of my head. ..it was down 3.5 from yesterday. Its a brand new scale so I know its not broken.I double ,tripled check it and yep down 3.5 the first day.I don't care if its water weight or something easily explained all I care about is the number actually went down for once....CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL :kool: Rock on!!!!!!!!
I wanna call my husband at work and tell him but he will tell me "STAY OFF THE SCALE OR I WILL HIDE IT".....LOL....Poor guy has seen me cry so much over the ups and downs of the scale. He wants me to weigh in once a week as well.

HEHEHEHE............Pulled out my baggie for the day ...and its a completely different days menu then yesterday...Looking forward to the day!!!!!!!!!

THanks FALISAMARIE....FOR THE TICKER INFO.....!!!!i will work on that right now..
Have a wonderful day friends ..

Great Job!

Losing the first few days is great. Most likely it is water weight but who cares. A pound is a pound, water or not. Keep on shaken!

YOU CAN DO IT!

No problem on the ticker thingy! I love your attitude as I just hate to see people shrug off their first loss like "oh, it is just water weight" hey the water has to go first and a loss is a loss in my book.

Don't worry we won't tell hubby you weighed

I agree with falisamarie ... It is almost all water but who cares! It's weight off your body that will NEVER come back if you adhere to the plan. Good Job! I hope your able to maintain your enthusiasm b/c this journey is amazing.

WTG Kriss...Wednesday will be day 4 for me. I have been sticking to plan but I am scared to step on the scale for fear of no weight loss. I have to say I am with you and the others, I don't care if it's water or hot air, a loss is a loss. :D Keep up the good work.

Hi, Krisss ~

:byebye: Welcome to you!

Yeah! I'm glad that ya snuck a :whattha: peeky-pooh at the scale - see? :cateye:

You've already proven to yourself and to others that this stuff really works!

When you see pictures of Medi-losers with the little banner that says,

"average weight loss 2-5 pounds per week" you know it's true! :yeah:

You are right - it IS neat to look forward to our next :bib: meal

and as a few more days pass,
you will enjoy the feeling of :weightlift: power that comes when we realize
that we are in control of what we put into our mouths.

Food has no power over us!

We ARE in control!

 Here's to your continued success, Krisss!
