Hi everyone. Finally home so I can weigh.
I've been struggling. A couple of weeks of two days on plan, then a cheat, then two days on plan, then a cheat.
It's maddening, I never got into the zone and didn't feel so hot. I didn't gain, but...it sucked. I'm on day 4 with no cheats right now and the scale is cooperating. I'm hoping it's enough to motivate me to continue as written with no additions by me. I feel pretty good. Had the leg cramps yesterday.
I'm hoping I'm over my "this cheat is worth it because it looks so good" thing. I mean one of the things I cheated for was mac and cheese for pete's sake!
The good news is I'm at the halfway point between where I started and where I want to be, so that's good. My next work trip is two-weeks long, so I hope to be in the 60# club by the next time I can weigh.
