So, I made it through my Birthday without falling off...about 7:30pm, I had almost convinced myself that I DESERVED a single-serving piece of cake from the grocery store, it WAS my birthday after all. I just had to make sure I didn't get in that car for any reason or I would have been at the bakery counter! But I didn't and ended up REALLY proud of myself!

Hi Karli,
I'm actually doing much better. I swear my body actually LIKES being on MF, so it doesn't have to deal with the high's and lows of my sugar crashes! I'm still just a little lethargic, but am really happy to be nearing the Medizone!

I'm really embarassed that I'm here again, but happy I have something that I KNOW works for me!

Well, your enthusiasm is very infectious ! You know, I have a suspicion that there are a number of individuals whom could benefit from hopping back on program and coming here again, but are too embarrassed to do so ! It's just good to see you doing what you feel you have to do ! Like I said, it's very infectious !

I hear ya' about my system liking being on MF vs. the highs and lows of stupid eating habits ! Anyway, keep rockin' it !

I am very glad to see someone who admits they messed up and came back for support. This is my first (and I swear my last) go round with Medifast. I have done really well for about 6 weeks and this past week I just sort of lost it (not my weight). I had been religious about sticking to the plan. I only lost a pound this week. I have been losing about 2-4, so that it did. NO more cheating! Good luck!

Since I posted in the roll call, I really feel as if I am BACK! I've been entering all my info into support in motion and am really motivated by the net calories burned categories. I haven't entered in the measurements though because I never get things in the same place! I'm also blogging about my experience, to add some more accountability to this (FINAL) restart!

I'm thrilled to be back and am ready to give 100% to a program I KNOW works if I just work it!
