So...you don't want to race?

I HATE Denise Austin! She's so chipper! I just want to put her through the chipper (oops, did I say that?) I like people that are less cheerleader, but that's just me!

I'm working on the workout closet now. Then I'll put up my posters, then maybe I'll take a picture. The fluidity rack of death takes up a lot of room, but I think it'll be added to the mix a few times a week!

On that FitTV, if you get it, that Denise Austen is on 5-6 hours a day. She never stops. I swear she has had minor liposculpting. I used to work out with her in 1990 and she had some chunky thighs on her. Now she is much more streamlined. Or, perhaps (grumble, grumble) that is what exercising continuously for 16 years or so does for a person.

Okay, so I added a MF meal AND completed yet another day on the pilates machine. Not going to check the scale tomorrow, sick of looking at it. Tired now, time for bed.

I dunno...I do like to look at Bob, but if I were to PAY for a physical trainer, I think I would rather have Gillian.

First of all, she's been overweight and she's a poster child that if you work hard enough, you can have abs like hers.

Second, I don't need a "you can do it sweetie," type. I need a "3 more reps or I will KILL YOU" type!


It's probably just me, I just respond better to screaming and daring!

I know, I feel like a rebel. Good news, I've only walked over to my Dad's twice this week for soy crisps. I'm sticking with the SF jello, it's closer!
I'm going to see Lauraly tomorrow, I might try to pawn off the soy crisps on her!

I hope you found a va-va-voom outfit for your party Denise!

Dede you are so fuuny...chipper :lol: I am a big fan of Biggest Loser, I enjoy watching the physical changes in the players...but I must say I like Bob, he I could workout for....the female trainer, only could workout if boxing were the plan and she the target...not really a violent streak here, but my hubby laughs when I "tell" the contestants what I would "tell"her. Denise is right up there! I suppose she just happy shes thin an we will be just that happy! :D

Well,
I made it through 3 Christmas parties without any cookies or brownies or cupcakes or even birthday cake.

Even though I reported for roll call, no weight change since Tuesday...oh well, no gain!

Haven't been on the pilates machine for two days, so I WILL get back on tonight!

So,
Today went okay. I'm still kind of pouting because of the stupid no losses all week, then Aunt Flo showed up and I highly doubt I'll show a loss tomorrow on roll call day...but hopefully no gain.

So I'm having a great time in my pity party and one of my clients calls me screaming that she's in onederland and thanking me for the help! Pity party over, I'm affecting someone's health AND their day! Good enough for me. I'll just keep on keeping on and hopefully my body will keep up with my mindset...soon!

Not doing the pilates machine tonight...went up and down the stairs so many times with the 8 zillion things I'm selling on craigs list, I think I did okay!

Keep hanging in there DeDe !! You will show a loss. Also, if you have patterns of this around the same time of month, keep that in mind !! This is not unusual, remember that. It's just part of the whole woman thing. But, I am certain that if you don't get moving beforehand, you will get moving again after Flo has her visit and leaves.

Also, what you said about your clients, that's just it !! The decisions you are making right now, in each moment, are actually affecting somebody else. You may not know exactly how, but it is. You are building strength and stamina and your clients need that in you ! You are strong, strong, strong.

Feeling for you, but expecting good things :).
