Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 29th, 2008, 10:28 pm

Now That's the kind of nagging I'm talking about! 22 minutes walking today and if I can get the pile of papers off the pilates machine, I'll do it tonight too...so tired, climbing towers all day so I might hold off with the pilates machine until morning.

I've noticed since I started measuring everything and putting it in support in motion that suddenly the scale is moving a bit every morning...maybe I was fudging my L & G's a bit? That'll bite me in the heiney every time!

Anyhoo, I did walk today and climbed for work...and was 100% compliant, so all in all it's a good day!

Pilates machine FOR SURE tomorrow!

Walking and Pilates? Jeeze - you may just win that money after all. I did some crunches and some "step push-ups" (on my knees instead of toes and hands on a step) to get some kind of a work out in. Gotta be inventive with a cast on your right ankle.

You are really going gung ho on this. Congratulations on the new inspiration!

I'm glad you are using support in motion too.. I find it is SUCH a help.. the way it calculates everything, and it definitely helps keep me honest.. no more eyeballing teaspoons of this and half cups of that.

Way to go on the exercise too! Keep it up, you are doing so awesome!

Hi,
Thanks for the support guys! I am really gung ho...I'm SO ready to join my friends in Maintenance!

Okay, so I've been back on MF for four weeks today...the scale fairy came by last night and I dropped TWO POUNDS! Thank goodness Aunt Flo finally left!!!!!!!! One month totals-15.2lbs, I'm SO excited about that since I was sick and rocking the NyQuil for the first 10 days or so! I'm reporting in at the one month mark at 206.2lbs!

I am happy to report, I have attained my first mini-goal...........I'M OVERWEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, folks, I am no longer OBESE! People think it's funny for me to be so excited to be overweight, but y'all probably have a good idea what I'm talking about!

Next stop............the 60# club...Next step after that...ONEDERLAND!!

BTW, walked 22 minutes so far today...gotta go work climbing steel now!

I am sure you know this, but I was watching a show on the FIT channel today and they mentioned that speeding up your routine is a good way to boost your metabolism. So doing 20 minutes at a faster pace is actually better than doing 25 at a slower pace. and this from someone who isn't doing any pace right now. ;)

I had a L & G out and feel like there was "unseen" things in it, I feel kind of sluggish...I'm guzzling water now, I just know those veggies must've had butter or something, but I was stuck at the Superbowl and starving. It's funny that once we get in the "zone", we know when something was off and I know something is off today...

It's all good though, I'm feeling better!
