Okay,
So since compliance isn't an issue for me this time (except that one day I had celery and soy crisps...2 snacks!), I'm going to keep track of my exercise in the journal...I exercise hard for 3 days, then stop for a few...I need to get a habit going...

Part one of my exercise plan is complete for the day...I did roll my heiney out of bed and straight upstairs to the pilates machine...One beginner's workout down! I'm going to the movie tonight, but I DO intend to do the hip hop abs when I get home because I REALLY want to get to my 2nd most imporant mini goal.

My next mini goal-207lbs...then I will go from OBESE to only OVERWEIGHT! ONLY you folks know what that means!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not yet beginning to dream of onederland....one mini-goal at a time...but I do know having some regimen to my exercise will help!

I forgot to mention...tomorrow is my 2-week anniv and today...I started spotting. Aunt Flo isn't scheduled to visit for 11 more days. I don't usually spot. At least I'm comforted by the fact that estrogen is stored in fat cells and that my body is probably just getting used to all that estrogen running around...I'm just annoyed that I'm on the BCP so I'll know EXACTLY when Aunt Flo shows up...argh!

Did you get the abs workout done? Awesome that you did the pilates machine straight out of bed! Keep it up girl!

I will, I will! Right after the hockey game! I tivo'd it because I went to the movie tonight...I have to drink extra water after crying my eyes out during Atonement...then STRAIGHT to the mini abs workout before bed!

I appreciate the push! I so need it!

Beware discussing movie Atonement...don't wanna know don't read!

OMG me too! My hubby gets screener DVD s with his job and I saw it this weekend, CRAP you knw the last 5 minutes 'bout killed me. Just think sodium level probably went down!

I do recommend The Bucket List

Atonement is on screeners already? Weird.. guess they want to push DVD release for just after the Oscars.

Yikes! I've been planning to see Atonement this weekend but it sounds like you need to be in a pretty happy mental place for that one... :lol:

DeDe: Thanks so very much for stopping by my journal with kind words. It meant a lot to me to wake up and find your message of support.

And well done with all the exercise! I just imagine you doing all these bendy, flexible stunts and videos all over the world (because I don't really know where you travel to). :D

Thanks everyone! All I will say about Atonement is that I'm so buying a knockoff of "the green dress" for my celebratory "I reached goal" outfit!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I didn't do pilates this morning, I did the fluidity bar workout taught by that evil evil woman that makes me cry...I think I'll do pilates tonight instead of hip hop abs...

Today is my two-week anniversary. I weigh the same as I did Sunday. I'm still spotting and haven't had a good BM in a few days...body is adjusting to MF, so I'm not going to have either a hissy or a tizzy...I'm staying off the scale until Sunday...

I've been keeping my eye open for a reached goal outfit too.. and a reached size 14, size 12, size 10.. lol.. I'm really looking forward to wearing dresses this summer for the first time in years

I found a lady named Faviana who is making a knock off of it! But I can't buy it yet, not knowing if I'll land in an 8 or a 10. I was in a 10 when I was last within 10lbs of goal...we'll see! I love having a carrot (or in this case, an emerald) to chase!

Dropping down to one workout a day (pilates in the am) because scale is stuck. Not feeling like adding a shake but I will if I don't see something by Sunday.

Ahh Dede , Dede, Dede....THAT dress on a cruise would be the bomb...I would officially invite you ( and the dress) to my husbands and I wedding (renewal) in Savannah next year... it would fit in perfect with the plantation chapel thing we plan to go . Would love to be a fly on that cruise.... 8)
