I'm happy to say I have finally made it back to where I was before the slide!

I'm motivated, happy, feel good and am confident I will kick to goal! Thanks to everyone for your inspiration!

Won't be long now. And we'll hold that seat as long as we need to.

(And you forget, Lizabette. I lift weights and do those kickboxing tapes. I'm actually thinking of trying a REAL cardio kickboxing class one of these days. So I'm scrappy, even if I'm not fast!)

That is fantastic! I am so happy that you are back to where you were. You were so active when I started I always looked for your posts! I still remember leopardizing you! Love ya! :heart:

Just for that ROBIN, I may do the 4 mile tape again tomorrow! 15,000 steps for me today.

Well,
I'm not weighing...had an incident today.

Went flying...had to give up my rtd at the security check...thought I had a bar, didn't. Sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes and THEN flew across country. Was ravenous and shaking, so I got the cheese & fruit plate on the plane (thinking I'd only have the cheese to tide me over)...ate the fruit, ate the crackers, feel AWFUL like a bloated balloon, but I had to do something.

This will NOT wreck my 100 day challenge, I got right back on but am bummed I didn't plan better!

BTW, I AM proud of myself, I could have made a MUCH worse choice (they had snickerdoodles) AND I could have tossed the whole day/week because of it. Maybe I am learning something?

Nah, I'm guessing a temporary uptick from the carbs, but it'll drop back down in no time. It's all about making good choices, and you did the best you could under the circumstances. And next time you'll doublecheck to make sure you have a bar, right? Or at the very least grab a salad inside the airport. You'll be fine.

Confession time

Confession time...

I got dumped by a stupid stupid boy on Monday and had a 2+ day pity party involving birthday cake, wine and mac & cheese (no, not all at once!)

I snapped out of my delerium yesterday and learned another stress trigger thing. Back to the Lifestyles book to re-read.

Good news, continuing on the exercise, on day 4! Trying to make it a habit!

I know the next 3 days are going to suck, but I did it to myself and I'm not going to let this turn into a big slide.
