Yeah, I keep planning to do a full fast with 6 suppies, but then I always end up eating my L/G for a lot of the same reasons (but my bars are still part of my day). I seem to need that to keep me going. And, right now, staying on track is the most important thing for me.

But, I think you are smart in mixing things up as much as you can. I think we have the makings for a new bumper sticker or T-shirt though...

Sign me up for a shirt AND a sticker...not going anywhere for a while? I'm still thinking of taking up the offer to get my scale whacked!

Hey Dede! My all MF days didn't last long and I regret it. I decided to have an L&G on Tuesday and got some kind of food poisoning. My stomach was doing rollercoaster rides yesterday. One good thing is that I didn't feel hungry yesterday or today, so maybe it will show on the scale.
I don't recommend this method for busting through the plateau . This sucks! I hate feeling sick.

You'll be busting through in no time, I can feel it! Keep shakin' girl!

Thanks Kanani, I appreciate the advice and hope you feel better soon!!!!

Lucy, I think youz little talk with my scale might be starting to get through. I'm at 176.4 after being 177 all week, so...maybe something? I'm not saying much because I'm BACK TO where I was when the PLATEAU STARTED! But I'll take it! Here's to a cheerful Sunday roll call for me. If not...the scale's goin' swimmin' with the fishies! Don't think I won't, I have a pool!

Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 22nd, 2007, 10:12 pm

Hi Everyone,

I've managed to stay off the scale all weekend. I am confident I have beaten the plateau...they never last this long. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, so we'll see.

I am preparing to head out to work again, so it's back to hotel treadmills, heated hotel pools (yay) and doing MF on the road! I'm excited, I'm one of those people that needs more to do rather than less. I'm not happy unless I'm going mach 2 with my hair on fire!

Wish me luck on the scale tomorrow...I have several mini-goals so close I can smell them:
* at 175, I will cross into the top end of the "normal" BMI range
* at 175, I will hit the 90 pound club!
* at 174, I will be one pound less than my driver's license says

That's what I'm hopefully looking forward to this week!

I've remained compliant. I've had a lot of L & G meals out, so it's a little touch and go as far as how much sodium I took in. I'm hopeful about weighing in tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for the support!

DeDe~ How long will you be gone? I hope you will be able to log on here and chat with us.

I'm glad your plateau is winding down. I know that had to be frustrating, but look at how you managed to stay strong and determined. :bravo:

I hope I can one day say that I weigh less than what my driver's license says. It's gonna be a while before I am no longer a liar. ;)

You are a wonderfully sweet person. I so enjoy reading your posts.

Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 23rd, 2007, 12:31 pm

Okay, today is my weigh-in day...
The scale read 174.0! YAY! Plateau over...3lbs lost! I have hit some SERIOUS milestones/mini goal with this loss as well...
1. I am now in the 90# club!
2. I just crossed into the upper end of "healthy" on the BMI chart! 24.9!!!
3. I now weigh one pound less than my driver's license says!

I just wanted to thank ALL of you for your kind words and support during my plateau! Thanks for helping me wait it out!

I'm leaving Saturday, I travel a lot, I'll probably be online once a day, I'll keep up with everyone!
