Hi

Postby dede4wd » December 12th, 2006, 11:55 am

Well,
It's weigh-in day...I have lost a whopping .2 lbs this week. My body is just holding the prize (the 170's) just out of my grasp! Oh well, I feel better, I look better, my nails are getting stronger...it's all good. Aunt Flo made her appearance Monday, so I'll just get through it!

I haven't been on the pilates machine for 3 days...just to see if that was slowing the loss, but I WANT to get back on it, so I will today. I'm not really worried about it!

Do you know I almost added a pilates machine to your leopard pic-but with all the giant soy crisps there wasn't room...

Tee hee, it's okay. I'm trying to get my Dad interested in the soy crisps so they're gone soon!

I'm so embarassed that I changed my ticker for .2 lbs, but hey, it's that time of the week, the time when I change the ticker!

Hang in there DeDe....I got my visit from Flo today and that could be why I "only" lost 1 lb this week (weighed in yesterday)! UGH... Of course I had to weigh myself this morning and I am UP .6!!!
BUT...at least you still showed a loss!!! You know the 170's will be a memory soon enough, and you'll be talking about the 160's, 150's...etc! :D

Dede-Karli--we are all at the same weight, give or take a half a pound or so!! I propose we join forces and reach a mini goal by Christmas together!!! What do you think??
I am begging my hubs for a scale for Christmas, I'm so tired of going to Curves-those chicks prolly think I'm nuts. I kinda am, but in a much more awkward uncomfortable way.

YES YOU CAN! 174 will be your Christmas gift, I am certain! I laugh I need to lose 83 lbs to get to my license, and when I said 180 at the time I was 180 and proud that I told the truth! We keep our licenses 8 years here, I need to lose my weight by 08 ! Should I lose before that I will so get anupdated one!

Honesty is a spiritual principle I would never advocate violating. Except in this case. Say you lost it and go get your picture retaken!

Well, we don't know what lurks around the corner for me :-P. I am prepared to stay the same weight for a long time if that's what happens. But anyway, what are we trying to reach ? Whatever our individual xmas goals are ?

Karli, at this point I have seen you with very little clothing on and I think you look so great right now!

Well Dede, you'll be happy to know that even with your small loss this week (hell big or small any loss is good), that we are now neck and neck, both with exactly 32 pounds to go!!!! I hadn't thought about setting a Christmas goal, I think I'll be happy if I can just get out of the 170's. These last few pounds here have been holding on for dear life, maybe I can give them a good shove!!!

It's been swell but the swelling's gone down...
