Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 13th, 2008, 12:57 pm

I'm so thrilled to be able to report in on roll call. I'm happy that I fell back into my Medifast routine! It's been easy! I had one weird pizza chasing me dream last night, but it didn't seem all that good if the pizza caught me, so I kept running. Pre-roll call jitters???

Anyway, I've lost 4ish lbs since Tuesday, putting me at a whopping 10 lbs lost in 12 days! YAY! I still need to put some more work in on the water, but other than that, I'm THRILLED!

I have also re-joined the 50# club (can someone please put me in the 50# club?) Yay! I'm very close to 1/2 way to goal (total, not re-start!)

Anyway, I hope everyone has a GREAT week!

i know what you mean about wishing the rate of loss would stay the same. Either way D, here we are once again a year and a half later, for us ~ same age and height (which will never change ) and approximately the same amount to lose. I remember before, you were a little ahead of me in weightloss and your pictures inspired me immensely because it gave me an overall view of what i could expect at what weight. The circumstances are unfortunate, but i'm glad you are back! Hey, LIFE HAPPENS. So here we are to do this for a FINAL time. No excuses. DECIDE. COMMIT. SUCCEED. Let's get this DONE!

Oh, but of course! We never finished the race the last time, well, I didn't. Out*With*The*Old (OWTO, KYM) and i are in a SERIOUS race to the finish. We each have a little more than 50lbs to go. So you're already in line for the race! On your mark, get set, GO! <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_4_54.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0">

Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 14th, 2008, 9:27 pm

Okay,
So the plan is to get a routine to my sporadic exercising. Both home and while traveling. While I do walk a lot daily, I need something more structured!

While home, the plan is the quick hip hop abs routine at night and the pilates machine or the fluidity bar routing first thing in the morning. I have a line on a cheap exercise bike for the house too, so if I can arrange a big car pickup, I might have me one of those too! I LOVE craigslist! I'm going to have a full gym by the time I'm done for little money!

Okay, on the road, I'm just going to keep it simple. 30 minutes on the bike or the treadmill every day except maybe the day I'm flying. I travel with pilates DVD's and hip hop abs, but haven't put ONE in yet. I think just getting myself in the habit of the treadmill or the bike will be good, nearly all hotels have them!

If you guys don't see me posting about my workouts, please nag me! It's imperative to me maintaining this time! I'm getting in the habit NOW!

Sorry! I won't ever post it again but that was an old one and I really don't do "creepy" photoshops anymore. I have moved on. I had to go through pages and pages of photos to find that picture. Silly me thought it might be fun and inspirational since we all call you Wonder Woman. Sorry again. :|
