Hi

Postby dede4wd » September 17th, 2007, 3:21 pm

So,
I have been having some movement (TMI) problems and I think this smooth move herbal tea is doing the trick. I'm glad that I can do something that doesn't make me crazy to be regular! So far, so good!

Hey, Dedes! So sorry you've been sickie, just be careful if you've been throwing up and stuff you were probably taking meds that do in fact "stop you up," (think Immodium), which explains the current situation, and your smooth tea could perhaps give you too much activity...anyway, just a thought to be conservative! :-)

I saw that you quit ciggies, and I am so freakin' proud of you! April 18th will be my 3rd year anniversary of quitting, I was a cold turkey girl, and the ease of quitting (for me) is what gave me the courage and idea that I could really succeed at this Medifast game!

Anyway, I am sorry I haven't been around as much rooting you on, I am in and out on the boards, and just don't have enough time to give to all my favorite peeps!

I am thinking of you and wishing you every bit of energy to continue fighting the good fight...you've got it in you, babe!

I'm back. No need to say anything. My ticker says it all. Unca or Mike please make the appropriate changes in my club membership. I'm not worried, I'll get back in the clubs I was in. There's nothing you can say that I haven't said to myself.

Words of warning...when you've been on something where your metabolism slows down and then you go INSANE with food, the weight comes on unbelievably fast (30lbs in 5 weeks). The only good news I can offer is that I'm still not smoking.

Thanks guys! I appreciate you not making fun of me. BTW Tawanda, your signature line is SO VERY TRUE!

I was doing this "doesn't matter what you eat as long as you DON'T SMOKE" thing. That included oreo cakesters and rollos and fast food. It was serious, I was over 2 packs a day.

My body is CRAVING the MF! I was so excited smelling my beef vegetable soup! I'm excited and am so thrilled that my body is CRAVING MF! Now if only I can get on the water kick, I'll be ok!

I WILL do this, I refuse to buy a new wardrobe!
