Hi,
I joined a new club today...I have lost 61lbs since Feb 28 and 90lbs total! MF changed my life! Thought I'd celebrate with a new studio thread...

#1 DeDe before starting MF last year at 265.

Thanks everyone! I will update this picture tomorrow when I find a "better photographer" than the gift shop clerk (who had no patience for my "take another one" requests)!

Yes, Nova, I've still got a ways to go. I'm carrying most of the weight I have left in my butt and my back, and more in the tummy! I'm tall, I was at my goal weight 4 years ago, and my goal will put me right in the middle of my "healthy" BMI range! I'm still 9 lbs from being considered healthy, I'm still considered overweight on the BMI chart! I'm definitely overweight from the rear. Don't make me post a posterior shot! Thanks for caring though!

Zinkette, I'm in your town! Come out to the IRL race this weekend and see me!

Seeing your transformation right before our eyes has been amazing! You really don't even look like the same person at all. Do you see how thin you are? LOL! You really look amazing. Being tall definately has it's advantages doesn't it? :) You're so long and lean now. ;)

Oh my Gosh!!! DeDe!!!! That is one amazing transformation!!! You have come so far, and I am so,so, sooooo proud of you girl! I havent exactly completely fallen of the wagon, but I was barely hangin on. But after seeing those awesome pics of you, I am determined to go forward full force tomorrow. You are living proof this can b done!
