Thanks everyone for the kind welcomes!

Pashta, you are already WAY ahead of me, if you are already reading the forums, you can't go wrong when the shipment comes and you start!

Lizabette, I hope I don't tell it TOO MUCH like I see it! Send me a PM to tone me down if I do, please! I am waiting for the Fedex guys to bring my bars and my pudding! I also have satiated my peanut butter cup craving, I put a few drops of that peanut butter syrup (davinci, I think) in my choc shake and soon...my pudding, yum! Hopefully the peanut butter dreams will go away!

I hope the mac & cheese dreams go away! Why can't I dream about S#x like normal people!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again!

Sorry about the water incident...Hey, does this continue into the months, or do the food dreams subside a bit, can I expect to start dreaming about normal stuff (s#x and stuff?)

Hi dede, welcome to the forum. Trust me, if you stick with it it will work for you. I"m 5'11, and "carry my weight well". Being tall you can get away with alot more weight but as we both know you might look better but you still feel like a whale! I'll be glad when we get to swim with the minnows! welcome

Some sheep to count...prior to the dreaming, of course!

but seriously, have you guys seen the post on Shitake noodles?? Apparently, they would count as the green part of LnG, then the 1c of cheese would be, well, the lean. MAC N CHEESE ON THE WAY!!!

Okay

The dreams are going away...so are the cravings. I think I've hit a milestone of some kind. I look at THAT food and I turn my nose at it and think, "whatever, I don't want that...look at me...you can't MAKE me eat that!"

I'm so excited. With the cravings gone, compliance should be a breeze!

DeDe ~

Yes, as you have indicated, the "Eatmares" eventually do go away - it takes some time.

I always find it interesting when others experience food dreams; I thought I was :nana: alone until we started the MakeMeThinner Forum and others wrote about their experiences, too.

:secret: I used to :snooze: dream about getting caught with  'banned' food in my mouth.

Very soon, we will all be feeling healthy and oh-so :boing: happy, the chubbies will no longer be a part of our present and merely a far-off past experience. Enjoy the thinnin' process, it helps to make maintenance possible when we like the changes we are making now - may these be permanent changes that establish permanent success!

We are glad to have you along with us on the journey to Thinville! :stroll:

Yup, I'm so glad the "eatmares" are gone (I love your terms!)

They were getting bad for a while!
