Well, dang that I missed you while in FL, that sucks. Please be sure to let me know where you will be in July while here, I am in the Orlando area and will definitely travel to meet you!

I promised I'd post a picture at 30lbs down. I was scared to do it because I can only see the difference myself in my neck. I hope you can tell the difference! Please lie if you cant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you kidding???? You can only see it in your NECK???????? Try putting your before picture next to your current picture. If you still can't see a DRAMATIC difference, make an appt to see your eye doctor!
We're going to have to start a Medifast Made Me a Hottie support group for all the beauties here! :)
