This is the best one yet...
1 envelope dutch chocolate shake, a bit (.5 t or so) of instant coffee, appx 1 oz sf caramel syrup. blend w/ .75 c water & an = amount of ice. freeze 10-15 minutes. drink and think you're in chocolate heaven !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds good for all but the coffee...I don't do coffee. But, I like freezing them a little bit, too. Tastes so much better especially when it is hot out and you want somehting that feels like a cheating thing.

I don't really do coffee either...
You can harldy taste the coffe in this, it just kind of enriches the chocolate flavor.

That's why I use cayenne (in place of coffee). SPices burn more calories, too
