Well I hit my first major goal this morning. Got on the scale and it gave me the reading I wanted . I know I may not hit my 2nd major goal because I started a little later in the year than I wanted to it is 100 lbs by Christmas. I know this is a lofty goal and don't worry I won't be disappointed if I miss it. If I get lucky enough to post 60=60 then I will hit that goal we will just have to wait and see. Also it has now been 30 days and other than a little extra protein a couple of days,
NO CHEATS
This is the first time I have EVER done that. Even when I was doing MF and losing the weight, I would cheat here and there. You know weigh in on Sunday and then cheat on Sunday and get back on Monday. But this lead to cheat on Sun. and Mon and then to Tues and then to quitting. So I am trying not to cheat this time because as we have all figured out it is so hard to restart.
